Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check out. Once the complete inspection is done, the security deposit will be released.
Security deposit can by paid cash or bank transfer before check in.

Our team member will meet you in the property at the time of check in. A Handover will be done providing you with keys, access cards and a welcome pack.
Set of bed linens and towels are provided upon check in. We provide only bath towels, not beach towels.

As per Dubai Tourism Department pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allow inside the apartment.
Palm Jumeirah is an exclusive beachfront address. besides this there is Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) which is beachfront and waterfront, followed by Dubai Marina which is marina front and Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) with lake views.
All our locations have direct access to Bus, Tram and Metro Services.
